March 17th 2013 Flight Cancellation from Las Vegas to McAllen Tx

This was my first time flying allegiant air and I have to say by far worst customer service ever. The question arises of why is it still in business with the bull*hit service they offer to their own customers. Our flight was cancelled and no reason was given into why or given prior notice of it until check in time at the airport. We were given just a $100.00 of credit for future flights guess that's the going rate for their customers, which by the way very pathetic attempt to keep customers satisfied. I had to miss work which is at $220 a day roughly so the $100.00 doesn't even cover that or the cost of food to wait another day. So kudos allegiant air for being horrible at customer service and losing multiple customers for future services.
