Allegiant Airlines
Cannot get through

I have been calling for a week. My wife's dad died and we were supposed to travel the day of the funeral. I called several times, then emailed to cancel the flight. I have now called 11 times and I always get a recording and can't leave a message or get through. Is Allegiant Air still in business? I have never seen such horrible treatment of a customer. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.
