I signed up for bundled services with AT&T. While confirming this and speaking to various representatives, I was told, had it confirmed audibly 3 times by a representative, that my December bill would be $22.50. This all took place on the 16th of November. The representative's name was Daisy, her id DA1748.

Shegoldme she was giving me a $50.00 credit from a monthly charge which would be $79.00.

I am on a fixed income, though I have 3 degrees — due to two failed back surgeries. I count on what I am told by the mega corporations.

I was also told I would be mailed a Visa card, which would reach me no later than 12/16 in the amt. Of $50. I have not seen that.

Later on, on or about 12/12, I spoke with another AT&T rep, who was abusive and argumentative, I asked to speak with someone else, who then told me part of my U-Verse bill would be 50.01 for the phone service alone, and that the remainder of the U-verse monthly bill would be 78.33— this versus a total monthly bill of 79.00.

I had, just prior to the above conversation, added on another tier of channels b/c of Fit TV, which then included movie channels, which should have added another 5.00 to my monthly bill total of 79.00

At one point a representative told me I did not bundle my services, b/c I did not purchase a cell phone. Funny, AT&T's adds call bundled services when they take care of phone, television and internet services.

While speaking to the last representative on or about the 12th of December, she told me I would be receiving a $100 Visa card — sometimes they tell me I should receive something in the mail that I must sign and send back to them in order to receive the Visa card, sometimes not.

At any rate, my bill is way beyond what was agreed upon, nor have I seen any form of rebate, nor a form which needs to be filled out in order to receive the rebate.

I am as angry as anyone could be. It has affected everything this month — I should have jumped on it within the first week of December, but I was too trusting.

AT&T has been horrible, all the way across the board with regard to the billing and promised rebates. I would NEVER suggest to someone to go to them with their business.

This has been a total and undeniable rip off!!!

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it greatly. I have not paid the bill, but will make a partial payment on Monday. How simply horrible. People have quite literally lied thru their teeth to me. I don't even believe that if someone were to act on my behalf that the whole truth would come out. Any lie they can dig up and use, they do. I cannot believe it!
