Won't refund money for service not used - Comcast Triple Play

Comcast originally installed HD Preferred back in 2009. I called repeatedly and told them that my services will not allow me to watch television via HD. Representative after representative told me I didn't have HD. I told them I have my original order form in front of me that clearly states HD Triple Play Preferred Plus. My bill went from $98/month to $228/month. Nothing has changed with my services. However Comcast keeps increasing my monthly bill without being able to give me an explanation of charges!!! I told them on yesterday I wanted to be reimbursed for the years they charged me for HD and the service was not available. The rep told me I needed to call today and that Comcast should reimburse me. Needless to say he had to be 1 of thousands of reps that actually tried to help me. This idiot I spoke with this morning told me I never had HD and that they were billing me for a starter package!!! At $228 a month!!! I can't take it. I am going to do everything in my power to expose this corrupt Elite company! They continue to rip off the consumer and nothing is done. Comcast is a ripoff company and will not try to resolve issues. If you tell them your leaving they don't ask how can we keep you. We don't want to lose your account. They just let you go. Terrible company. U-Verse here I come. I have the complete chat between me and the Comcast Rep stating I have HD and today they tell me once again I don't!!!
