I signed up with AT&T for the new $14.95 monthly internet contract to try and cut down on my monthly bills and yet every month for the past 3 months I have received a bill of over $50. For this new service. I have called each month to get this reconciled but I just got another bill and still it is $54. Really AT&T, can't you get it straight. I spoke to the first representative after the first bill came back in September, $80. For a $14.95 plan. I was told it would take a month for the bill to even out and I would be issued a credit for the amount I overpaid. I went ahead and paid $65 of the bill (I was told if I didn't pay at least that much they would disconnect my service). The next month I received another bill for 0ver $60. I call customer service again and this time the representative tells me I was incorrectly coded. He adjusted the code and gave me credit for my payments so I didnt have to make a payment last month due to the credit and he says I would have a $3 credit on the December bill. I was so inpressed with the guy I called his supervisor and gave him a compliment. This month, yep... I get a bill for $54.95. What? I was expecting something more like $11.95. How in the world do you get these people to listen and correct the billing. I have to call again (Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so it wil have to be Friday) and see why my $14.95 internet is costing me so much more. Another hour of explaining to them and hearing how it is a coding issue maybe? Can someone help me get their attention? I'm in a year contract now so I guess I'm stuck with this for another 9 months!
