Poor accounting, failure to perform obligations, ripoff

The talk or walk program is a joke. I purchased service and couldn't use it at my promary residence. After repeated phone calls to several agents and explaining everything 4 or 5 times they said there was nothing they could do about my service and said that it was my phone that was the problem.

I explained that I had 3 phones with that company all different and one of them from my business. Non of them worked or only worked sporatically from that location. One of the customer service agents said that it was in a fringe area. Another one said that they would be building another cell tower in that area in a few months.

They weren't able to perform their end of the contract and I cancelled the service. They insisted that I still had to pay a cancellation fee which they doubled for 2 phones. I said I wouldn't pay it because they did not perform their end of the contract and therefore the breach was on their part. I refused to pay it and now I get bills with not only those charges but other phantom charges that can't be explained.

I will let them take me to court on this one although It will probably be me that gets the bad mark in my credit report for this. My recourse is to counter sue, Which I will. For breach of contract.

My advice to anyone reading this is to not buy any phone service where you have to sign a contract unless they let you out of it for non-performance. I have since purchased a phone and service from one of the vendors that you purchase ahead of time.
