Unfair contractual parctices North Dartmouth massachusetts

THe original sales contract with TMOBILE was in April. I was told the area where I reside has complete cell coverage. I discovered I had no coverage where I reside, in fact had to drive over a mile away from the residence to have cell service.

I contacted TMOBILE customer service within the first week of the contract about the problem. I was told a Tech would look into the problem and return a call with information about my complaint. No return call came. I made several more calls over the next two weeks with each time complaining of poor cell service. During one complaint I was driving through the highest elevation in the area and lost service.

Becoming totaly furstrated with the lack of service I tried to cancel the contract but the two week period had lapsed (because TMOBILE keep stating they were working on the problem). TMOBILE stated the cost of cancelling the contract would be $600. I have a family plan with three phones $200 per phone. As a solution to the lack of service at the residence TMOBILE stated the problem could be solved with a "wifi"system and upgraded phones for an additional cost which was less than the cancellation fee. The wifi system was a bait and switch and has caused additional costs.

Further more attmepting to switch plans to a lower cost TMOBILE will not allow this to occur between billing cycles. When you do change plans the tack on additional service fees.

TMOBILE intentionally did not provide me with accurate information about the coverage in my area. They were deceptive in addressing my complaints about service by intentionally leading me past the two week cancellation period. Then manuvered me into a higher costing phone and service plan.
