Phone Quotes Differed From Bills for Flat Rate Plan and DSL

They try to sucker you over the phone thinking you are getting this package plan where you save so much but when you get your bill the amts that were stated to you on the phone & then the amts on your actual bill are higher than what was quoted to you.

My dad had that happen to him, my mom & now myself. They have this plan where u pay a flat rate of $50.00 a month & you are suppose to be able to have unlimited minutes & you can call anywhere city in california but nope. They charge you $50.00 yeah but if you review all the numbers dialed from your phone & look @ the amt being charged. They charge 5-10 cents per minute on top of that!

They charge more on your DSL than what was stated. They will tell you that they are having a special or whatever but you get charged more than what was stated. They know what they are doing coz they credit me the times I did call & complain! I believe everyone's a target coz many people don't review the whole bill but you should! They are hoping that you won't catch what they did!
