Ripoff, Over Charges, Stealin my money

Verizon Wireless overcharges me everymonth. My bill dated April 8 stating total current charges $219.00 and balance forward in the amount of $145.55 totaling an amount of $364.55.

And I know I paid the previous month's bill. My monthly service plan is $39.99 a month, Plus I was charged $157.055 in usage charges, $3.53 in surcharges $16.41 in taxes, plus a $1.52 late fee. I was charged $. 60 for text messaging. $23.75 for 411 connect, I do not really use 411 that often. I truly think I am being ripped off. On the plan that I'm on I get 400 general minutes and unlimited night and weekends for $39.99 a month.
There is no way I owe them $364.55. This is a major rip-off and I can't afford it.
