Prepaid rollover cut from three months to one without notice

AT&T Cingular changed rates and rollover time from three months to 1 month and was never notified, bought this phone only for the 3 month rollover, can't use this phone with any other carrier, they did not notify me of this and added time near the end of the three months had to pay five dollars more for the minimum add time. I already had 170 minutes on my phone and now I must use these minutes within a month

I bought a phone from att with specific terms, prepaid and three month rollover. If I put more time on at the end of three months my other minutes would rollover. They changed that without warnings or advising me the customer. My phone is no good and cannot use with any other plan, or company. So 90.00 for the phone and I lose all my minutes may 1 unless I spend 100.00 or more dollars. Thank you
