45 days to fix 3 month old washing machine

Sears Whilrpool Steamwasher is the customer #1 rated choice - washer broke. Machine is 3 months old. Called Sept 19th Service one week later. Took day off work, service called that day at noon and told no one would be coming. Next service told me part will not be in until November. I can not be without my washing machine for 45 days and counting... It is 3 months old. 5 calls for one hour each to customer service... No response...
