Washer Delay

Sears has the worst customer service. I paid cash a washer machine from the Rock hill, SC store last week, delivery was set-up for the following Tuesday. Sears delivery was a NO SHOW!!! Delivery was rescheduled for Thursday and I just received a call from the delivery guy saying he was bringing only my washing machine hoses... REALLY, what do they think I'm going to do with washer hoses. To make things worse you can't talk with anyone to get this problem resolved. I only get the run around, which is making me more and more angry. Noone at the Sears customer service line wants to aide any assistance, they only want to pass the buck to someone else whom still does not have any answers. Therefore, I'm having to drive back to the Rockhill store this morning and make an attempt to talk with someone with some brain cells to get my washer machine. I will NEVER do business with Sears again and my advice for anyone else out there... Beware: sears customer service sucks!!!
