Lets start by saying that you called me and promoted the deal
I did not call you. I told your representave how old the item was and was told no problem. You charge me and I paid you. Then when I call you out to check on the product, the service man disappears into his truck only to come back and tell me sorry, it is too old to work on - but he is ready with the complaint number. How often do you do business like this? The complaint number is a joke and no way promote a happy, satisfied customer. It took a great deal of my time and several transfers to get someone with enough competence to talk to me. I was told I would get a gift card for my inconvenience. It still has not shown up and now you give me this address for my complaint! At this point in time, don't ask me to recommend you to an enemy.
