Compliments on Services Provided - Professional Advices

For years I've been doing my shopping for home improvement projects at Home Depot. For two reasons: Home Depot store is around the corner from where we live, I own some HD stocks. However after my recent experience at Lowe's I am planning on changing my shopping preferences. Actually I already have.

On April 4 my wife and I come to Timonium, Maryland, Lowe's store looking for garage doors replacement. We were greeted by Dennis Earle at millwork department. When asked Dennis gave us very helpful advices we would spend hours "googling" for. I always prefer talking to professionals who care.in our opinion, Dennis Earle is the one!

As a result we left Lowe's store with very good feeling even though we spent more money we were planning initially. When we came back with change request Dennis patiently placed phone call to the manufacturer and made necessary changes.
