Fourth Repair Visit for Washer/Dryer Combo After Wrong Diagnosis

I will never again have Sears repair any of my appliances again. This will be the 4th time they came out about my washer/dryer combo about the same problem. They diagnose the problem wrong the first time and the call center know little to nothing about what their doing. Never again will I be calling them!!!
