With sears, purchaced somthing on a deferred payment plan. The problem was a missed a statment from sears which allowed me the opertuniy to pay off my accunt was not informed or called and have this condition addressed to me. I called the card div 1 800 # and talked to the customer service dept that this was an honest mistake and due to dealing with a hardship with a parent that was overwhelming and may have been the reson I didnt notice not being billed but was not notifed to the stiuation or contacted. The dept suggested if i paided the full amount on the ballance owed they would resolve the intrest due to the stiuation. I DID do as they asked and called back as told to work on the problem. At that time i was treated poorly and got no satisfaction from anyone only to be told that they were not connected with sears and didnt care about my bussinus with this sears and they were in fact a Citi bank card service which I found to be unacceptable due to sears having its name attached to it. Registered a complaint with the sears office and proceeded to file a complaint with citi bank to the way in which they work with the card holder and missinformation/instructions generated. Not to mention a very poor service and handling of my card accout
