I have been experiencing a lot of network problems with T-mobile for the past 4 months. Calls are droped constantly and I have called them about this issue several times. T-mobile has replaced my phone twice and one of them was an upgrade to blackberry 8520 from 8120. I am still having the same problem. I hear a lot of loud noises like a fax machine or worse before the call fails. I pay my bill but I dont have a phone and I'm bound to a contract! I am fed up, they have said they would send out a ticket to check the network or tower twice and they have also tried to fix it while I am on a landline and have erased all my information on my phone in the process. I am so over it! I was curious to see if I was an isolated issue and went on the internet and I ran across tons of complaints! So I am not the only one with this issue. I want out of this contract which is almost ending and going with another company. I have never in my life had experienced these types of problems. I don't know if complaining will help, but at this point I will try anything! Thank you Leonora
