Dishwasher Installer Caused Flooding and Claim Passed Between Staff

Sears installed a dish washer the installer caused a shutoff valve to leak over a two day period with no one in the house it flooded the kitchen floor for those two days and now doesn't want to take care of it or the installer either so far we have dealt with 6 individuals saying they will see that the matter is taken care of but finally pass it on to some one else that puts the whole matter back to square one and puts us as the buyer to rehash the whole incident to the next person all over again the last person is a Richard Lewis at 1800 283 1153 ex 3344 claim number 1759
