Pergola Installer Never Called or Showed, Saturday Backup Not Possible

No installer called or showed up for installation of my pergola. Even worse, I schedule a Sat backup date but the installer does not work on Sat. (You have serious system issues)
Very disappointed and will not recommend Sears Home services.
