Repeated false closed-business claims forced warehouse pickups

FedEx has demonstrated over the past several months a practice and pattern of lying and making delivery customers drive several miles to their truck warehouse to pick up deliveries that they were paid to deliver.

I have had several deliveries to my business, a major downtown church, said that the business was closed. We were not closed; my secretary, custodian, pastor and others were all there. The same false claim was then repeated for consecutive days until the customer had to drive to pick up the package.

UPS and USPS never have that problem, nor does the delivery customer have that problem with UPS or USPS. Once or twice is an inconvenience, but all these times are a practice and pattern. FedEx deliveries are unreliable. Do not use them.
