Rude and not proffesional service

I am writing a complaint more not about the company Titanfleet based in South of France, but more about the person who works there Sophie Sevier. I found her very rood, not respectful to people and not professional. I dealt with her once in the Titanfleet office and she embarrassed me too much.in the beginning of the conversation she was pretty nice, but later she changed and started shouting and insulting me. That's strange, she didn't even known me. I saw her the first time. The people like her destroy the business!
