Exception

I have had several deliveries from Fed Ex over the past few months. I am always able to get my deliveries several days after the slowest USPS delivery would have arrived, and I have to drive miles to the Fed Ex office to retrieve it. The delivery agent always posts an exception saying that the business is closed. The Church to which delivery is sent is always open when the agent says it is closed. Lying is unacceptable. It is a practice and pattern of Fed Ex to do this, and I hope that folks will start using UPS or USPS instead of Fed Ex because they lie and because they provide very bad service.
