Delivery Truck Never Showed and Driver Was Unreachable

FedEx is giving us a hard time with the delivery. I called them many times to get the item delivered. I agreed to have someone home to accept the package in person, as FedEx required. Either they went to the wrong street or didn't deliver at all. We were outside the trailer at 1:26pm, at the time they said the truck was here. The truck never showed up. I have had other deliveries delivered to the wrong address.

FedEx is a business, and I was hoping they would want to give good customer service, but I was wrong. Now they say the delivery should be Tuesday. Let's see what happens. They couldn't get in touch with the driver today. Where was he? Why didn't he pick up his phone? Why did FedEx tell me they would call and give me an ETA and then refuse to do so?

I will never use FedEx for my deliveries. I am sick of the way they do business.
