Complaint - fedex shipping

Fed ex is giving us a hard time with the delivery. I called them many times to get the item delivered. I agreed to have someone home to accept the package in person like fed ex required. Either they went to the wrong street or didn't deliver at all We were outside the trailer at 1:26pm at the time they said the truck was here. Truck never showed up. I have had other deliveries delivered to the wrong address. Fed ex is a business and I was hoping they would want to give good customer service but I was wrong Now they say the delivery should be Tuesday Lets see what happens they couldn't get in touch with the driver today Where was he? Why didn't he pick his phone up? Why did fed ex tell me they would call and give me an eta then refused to do so. I will never use fed ex for my deliveries sick of the way they do business
