Needed help with a computer question.in whitch case the help i got was totally useless. They said if i was'nt satisfied with the anserw, i did'nt have to pay. Come to find out they did'nt return my money, but istead are holding it acount. That does'nt sit welll with me. I think it's one big uselees scam. If you can help get my money returnd, it would be greatly appriecated. Also i'm not sure of thexacat date
