Useless Computer Help, Money Not Returned Despite Satisfaction Promise

Needed help with a computer question, in which case the help I got was totally useless. They said if I wasn't satisfied with the answer, I didn't have to pay. Come to find out they didn't return my money, but instead are holding it account. That doesn't sit well with me. I think it's one big useless scam. If you can help get my money returned, it would be greatly appreciated. Also I'm not sure of the exact date
