Paid $13 for car answer and 100 percent satisfaction was not honored

A problem with the car turns into $13 gone when 100% satisfaction was promised but not received. When contacted for rebuttal none came, but they sure were there when a down payment was needed for there answer to a, I admit, complicated question. But when not 100% satisfied with answer and getting it somewhere else the $13 was no longer there to be refunded. GONE! So be careful with all internet sights, I think, not only this one. Sincerely, unanswered $13.
