$13 a small price to pay for nothing?

A problem with the car turns into $13 gone when 100% satisfaction was promissed but not recieved. When contacted for rebuttal none came, but they sure were there when a down payment was needed for there answer to a, I addmit, complicated question. But when not 100% satisfied with answer and getting it somewhere else the $13 was no longer there to be refunded. GONE! So be careful with all internet sights, I think, not only this one. Sincerely, unanswered $13.
