Refund & Misrepresentation

I purchased a couch and tables on October 10. I recieved the couch on December 23 with no tables. The driver told me the tables were on back order and was suprised no one called me. I called the store and they told me the tables were not on back order but were discontinued. Still no one called to let me know. They also told me the salesman who sold me the furniture was the only one who could help me and he was on vacation until after the holidays. I went into the store on January 2 and spoke to the salesman. John tried to tell me the tables were not discontinued and tried to convince me some other tables were the same. I demanded my money back because they were not the same tables. John and a manager agreed to issue me a refund to my credit card. I have made numerous calls to the store only to get the run around about my refund. I have heard refunds are only processed bi weekly or there is only one person who can process the refunds and he is on vacation for two weeks. It is now Febuary 6th and still no refund. I would've stay away from this company. If anyone has experienced issues with rooms unlimited please call 1-800-771-7755 or Andrew Cuomo's office at 631 231-2401. There is strength in numbers.
