Charged $18 although policy says no charge without accepted answer

I submitted a question on Justanswer.com. I (reluctantly) gave my account information after being informed that my account would not be charged unless I accepted the answer. The website clearly states that this is their policy. I never received an answer to my question. However, my account was charged $18!!! I immediately contacted my bank and explained the situation. I am relieved to find out that my bank will reverse the charge and not allow this scam internet site to charge my account again.
