They promised to offer an expert answer to my technical question about my car. I agreed to pay £21 (GBP) which they said i would only have to pay if i was satisfied with the answer and they would refund if i wasnt satisfied. They immediately (without answering) took the money out of my account. I applied for a refund and was only offered £0.83 (GBP). No explanation.
