HP netbook Failure

I bought my Mini Netbook, custom built from the HP website in September. It arrived from the factory with marks on the screen between the plastic cover and the HD LED screen. I was in school so I planned to send it back between the breaks this winter. Sent it off, and it was returned with MASSIVE DAMAGE. I had to send it again, and just received it with the damage they caused, repaired - but they caused OTHER DAMAGE to the body of the computer AND kept my battery that they send to send in originally. This is insane. Out of the 4 months I've owned the computer... I've only had it for 2 of those months due to the failures of the repair facility in Texas.
