LCD screen factory defect - HP laptop

I bought this computer November of last year. About a week ago, a white line appeared on the screen. Within a few days, there were lines all over the screen - different colors. The screen colors blink. I called yall twice but yall said the screen is not covered under the standard one year warranty. But I looked up the warranty for the computer and it says that it covers parts and labor for one year. This is not fair. I will never buy any of your products again. There is no accidental damage to the computer. This does not measure up.
