Very Unprofessional Attitude

I backed out of a real estate transaction due to a bad mold problem. Tony Schmidt's office listed the house. After 3-1/2 weeks, they still had not returned my $1,000 deposit. I finally contacted him, he was very rude, told me in so many words that it wasn't his problem and that I had no business getting upset and calling his office about it. Less than one hour later however, I got word through my realtor that the "release" was just rec'd from Tony Schmidt's office and I got my check the next day from the title insurance company that was holding it. It came across as very questionalbe business practices.
