My HP netbook is broken. It is still under warrenty. It took 1hour & 41minutes on the phone just to get a box sent to me to send my computer in to be fixed. I could not understand the technicians. They could not understand me. It was very, very, ver, very frustrating. This sucks, i will never buy another HP product. This was a bad experience. Give your customers someone who speaks english as a first language not a second. I am tired of [my name is mike may i help you] when i know his name is more likely SAID.
