Missing DVD REcorde

On 1/08, I sent a DVD recorder to the Sony repair facility in Loredo, TX due to the item not working properly after having it for just one week. Since then I've been trying to find out what happened to the recorder and have been sending Emails and trying to contact the repair service by phone. The reply is always that some one will call within 24 hrs, I've never received any such calls and replys to Emails were the same. At one point they said a new recorder would be sent to replace the one I sent for repairs, but like all the rest, it never happened. They have had the uhit for over two months and I still can not get an honest answer to the status of the recorder.
