Missing title

I went to this particular dealership (located on Fairview downtown next to the Avis car rental) in February and purchased a 94 Chevy Yukon two door (green) for which I paid off in a more than timely manner. Mike, the man who was running this branch of the Quick Cash For Cars (as there is numerous branches around the country) left town about two months before I was done making my payments. He called me from a 310 area code and informed me that I was to send the remainder of my payments to an address in Valencia California (a PO Box) as that is where he had relocated. The last two payments I made I sent to this address for which he called me in August (the end of) and thanked me for fulfilling my contract and informed me that he would be sending my title to Idaho DMV to be filled under my name. For which the Idaho DMV would then send me the new title with my name on it. Mike stated it would ruffly take about three weeks. As the months went by with no title to my vehicle I made many failed attempts to call and inform Mike that the title to my truck never arrived. I called the number for which he called and left messages with no response. I'm not even sure it is his number anymore as the answering machine does not match the original with his name on it. I would like this situation resolved as quickly as possible as I cannot register my only mode of transportation for work and my family. I appreciate your time thank you. I kept copies of the money order stubs I purchased to pay off my truck but there was never any mail from him saying I completed my promissory note on the vehicle only phone conversations. Shanda
