Ripoff Not able to register product for warranty they could care less Internet

Tried to register product for warranty purposes. Program says the model number is INVALID. The model is a Sony Digital Recorder model ICD-B5.
Emailed them with the problem but they did not respond. Sent second email informing them that I listing them in The complaint. It seems.
