Best buy customer service sucks and their attitude is even worse. A technology company that does not have the ability to cancel an order online. What a joke. Ordered a gps online, took 5 minutes to buy with in store pickup. Was not ready for pickup when i got to the store. Still purchased the unit but had to cancel the order. No facility to cancel online and now i am waiting on the phone for 20 minutes to cancel the order. I hate companies that fake customer service and scam customers, easy to buy impossible to get service a good attitude or anything else
