Did what I was insisting that they didn't need to do and then being charged for an early disconnect. Our family is being charged for a service that had already been set up. This service was coming out of the same pocket and the same billing address. We are still being charged for a service that we no longer have and haven't had for almost three months.
The house has been on the market for three months.
Calling Direct T.V. HASN'T HELPED AT ALL I have tried to explain it to them five or six times they still don't get it.

What can I do!
