Terrible service

They changed my billing pref. To paperless without my authorization. I tried to call... Several recordings, transferred many times... Then no help. Tried to email them with my spouse watching, I said. "watch, when I press sendthey will probably say theres an error"

Who wants to guess what it said after I put in all my info and pressed submit?

"sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties"... What a surprise.

I leaving this company... They stink
