DirectTV billing and customer service

On 11/27/07 I signed-up for a Direct package @ $39.95 $5.99 $5.99 $10.00 for a total of $61.93 per month. The billing department has charged me $235.00 for two months of service. Despite extensive communication with DirectTV billing and customer service they have so far failed to correct THEIR billing errors or acknowledge my cancellation of service request. Beware of direct tv!!!
