Poor service and billing issues

I had Dish for some time and the channel availability was not great, so changed to Direct. What a huge mistake. Direct has no customer service, and always have billing errors (of course always in their favor). After calling for months I give up and rate their service, quality and finally honesty at a "0". I am changing back to Dish where I at least got consistant billing and real customer service.
