Mr. sweep
No show for several appointments

I scheduled an appt. With mr. Sweep at 4pm on a thurs. I called around 430 to seee where they were and they said they were running late and it would be around 530ish so at 630 my husband called and he said he was 30 min away. So he rescheduled because it would take them about 1.5 hours and didnt want them in the house at 8pm. We rescheduled for saturday feb 13 at 10am. At 1030 i called and they said they were on their way. At 1130 i called back and got no answer. Left a messgae and they never called back. The call and leaving a message with no call back went on for about 5 times then we gave up. He finally called back at 840 pm and asked our address for the 10time and said we were out of their service area. First and for most if we were out of your service area then you shouldnt advertise localy. And you should have told us so we would have found somebody else. And not waited around on two seperate occasions for you to show up. My time is money to.
