Very Poor Service - Sears TV Repai

Sears repair service is very very very poor! I had an appointment scheduled from 8-12 on Thursday. I waited by 100 pm no one had called or showed up. I called the service center and via the automated system found out my appt had been rescheduled to 1-5 which I could not do if it got late in the day due to a previously scheduled appt. At 530pm. At 400 pm Tony the repair guy calls me up and says Ill be there at 5pm. I explained I cannot do that becuase i have a appt at 530. He says ok, well I will come tomorrow. Call me to check what time. So here it is 1100 am Ive called him twice, no answer, no return call, nothing. I call the service center and find out my repair appt was rescheduled to Tuesday 5 days from now on the 18th. Well I am an auditor and I will be out in the field doing an audit and wont be available. SOmeone unilaterally scheduled the appt for Tuesday without bothering to check my availability. I have already lost 2 days waiting for this Tony who never bothered to call to say he was not going to show up!!! Now I call the repair center and talk with the Manager Frank he would not give me his title or last name. He said all I can do is schedule you for the next available appt. I have already waited 4 weeks for the fixing of the TV and lost 2 days waiting for the tech. He basically could not help me or resolve my issue or explain why this happended and why I was never consulted about the reschedules! I am taking my business elsewhere!!!
