Amzingly inept repair team

I was so happy to be able to schedule an appt. To fix my washing machine in a timely manner! I was scheduled three days after calling on a Saturday. When the day approached and i had waited a few hours, I called and found out they were rescheduling me. No one could tell me why. I rescheduled for TWO Saturdays later and was told they would reduce the service call in half. I called to confirm this appt one week ahead and then found out they had me scheduled for a THURSDAY. I will not have anything more to do with them. This is more than outrageous and I am without a washing machine for two weeks waiting for them.
