Customer Service on Dolphin 4 pool sweeps, HORRIBLE

I have tried for 3 months to get my Dolphin4 pool sweep fixed. I bought this because Leslie's offers IN STORE repair. The Memorial location had no one to work on them. Next location said she would order the new motor and call me. 3 weeks and no call so I called the store and was told they had motors in stock and would have Amanda call me. 1 more week STILL no call. Took it up to location on NW 63rd and waited 15 minutes for her to get off a personal phone call and was told it would be out the next day... It's been 3 days and have been told numerous times that when she gets a minute she will install new motor. She is the only person there that can work on the pool sweeps but is too busy??? Maytronics will not service it because it's a model Leslie's sells exclusively so broken Dolphin sweep and still waiting. I buy all my chemicals there but if I EVER get my pool sweep back I will be going elsewhere.
