I had a very slow drip in the pump for my Polaris Pool Sweep. I decided to take it to Leslies and have a new seal installed. I took it in on Wednesday and they said it would be ready either that evening or the next morning - they would call when it was ready. I waited until Friday and called. They said they had not had time to look at it and there were still three ahead of me. No mention of a waiting line when I took it in. Saturday afternoon I called again. They still had not looked at it and now there were six ahead of me. Clearly I was losing ground. Late Sunday afternoon they called and said it was ready. I hooked it up and I no longer had a small drip - I had a gusher with water pouring out everywhere. I took it back on Monday and was assured they would finish that afternoon or the next morning. Tuesday afternoon I received a call telling me it was ready. When I went to the store they said I was called in error. They still had not looked at it. Finally Wednesday afternoon they called and said it was ready. It was too late in the day to hook it up but I am less than optimistic about what I will find in the morning when I reinstall the pump.

I have been a customer of Leslies for more than 20 years but now I am a former customer. If they had been honest about the time estimates to begin with I could have lived with it.
