Substandard Work Poor craftmanship terrible customer service broke my chimney

I had Alpha and Omega Stone and Sweep come to my house this morning to put a cap on my chimney. The person who came to our house did not refasten my chimney to the roof after working on it, so my chimney blew over and is now bent and can not be used. I called Alpha and Omega expecting them to send somebody right out to fix it only to be told that they couldn't get somebody to my house until Monday. This occurred on a Saturday. So now my family is left without heat for two days, and a chimney that is bouncing off of our roof every time the wind blows. I fully expect that damage is being done to my roof as well because of the mistake made by Alpha and Omega Stone and Sweep. The person that was spoken to was extremely rude, accusing us of having intentionally ruined our 2 month old chimney. Alpha and Omega Stone and Sweep in Williamston Michigan does not do good work, and they do not stand by their work at all. Their customer service is awful and nobody should work with Alpha and Omega Stone and Sweep.
