Ork. I rescheduled for the next day once d once again I have to go to work at 2:30 and they are no where in sight. I have waited altogether 7 and 1/2 hours for these people. Shouldn't I have some kind of priorty for the hell they put me through yesterday? What kind of customer service is this? Again, they couldn't give me an early appt, had to be 11 to 2, I called at 12:30 they had no idea where there man is or what time he would show up. It's now 1:15 ancomcast was scheduled yo be at my home 9/17 between 11 and 2. I called at 1 and they said he would be there at 1:59 at2:00 they called and said he was 10 min from my home, after 45min I called they didn't know where he was said they would let me know in 45min by this time it's 3:25 I call back he"s at someone elses house.
