I have cancelled my account as of September. I have been a loyal customer for years but was threatened with collections action just the same and they claim that I never cancelled. I was hung up on by the agent who called me when I became irate by the threat. When I called this morning they were much nicer but refused to help. The only reason I cancelled was because I didn't see any loyalty from Directv to me. Now I know I was right.
