No Customer Loyalty - The whole company

Directv recently advertised free NFL Sunday ticket to new customers for Directv. I have been a customer of Directv for 15 years and have never been offered any promotions. When I contacted Customer Service they only offered me 20 off a month for the Sunday ticket. If you compare the $120 they gave a long time customer and $330 to a new customer it does not add up. Over the past 15 years I have been a loyal customer. Directv has never offered any promotions or great deals for loyal customers. After spending an hour on the phone with a Customer Service agent I realized that Directv really doesn't care about loyal customers they only care about getting New Customers. Directv just a word of advice it has been your long time customers that help you grow over the last few years, the new customers have not contributed a dime.
