Ripped of my visa card for 2 amounts for tablets

This company sent me green tea tablets for 5.90 trial, there was no return address in the box just a box of tablets and 3 teabags, then 15 days later they charged my account 108.35 australian dollars for the tablets because I had not returned them in 15 days this was on the 7th may, then on the 22may they charged mya ccount 112.52 for goods I did not order and did not receive I have mailed them several times to stop taking money from my account but it keeps happening
